Rich was raised in construction in the 1970s. His father owned a construction company for 40 years and his grandfather before that. He was taught a lot about construction from his father.
Rich’s career started in concrete and building houses in the early 1980s. He then joined the military, served in Desert Shield and Desert Storm, and received a Letter of Accommodation for his service as well as a Combat Action Ribbon.
After his service in the military was completed, Rich returned to the US and got back into the construction field. Building and seeing the completed projects and pleased customers is very rewarding to him. He still hold the same values that the military and his family instilled in him.
Recently, Rich decided to give back to the community by helping a young boy and his family. Elite Exteriors met this family through a previous customer. The staff at Elite started talking about helping this family. They made calls to their vendors and suppliers, who were eager to help. The project took a while to put together but was well worth the wait. It was good to see the staff, crews, and suppliers working together for this cause. Everybody was in great spirits to help.
